Terms and Conditions

Fees

Tour price includes:

All services as specified in the tour itinerary, including hotel accommodations, ground transportation including airport transfers, meals as specified in the itinerary and admission to parks, museums and local attractions.

Tour price excludes:

Excess baggage charges; expenses incurred during free time; beverages with meals unless indicated otherwise; laundry; personal insurance; room service; telephone charges; all items of a personal nature; airport transfers when a participant deviates from scheduled flights or travel dates; private transportation; and all and any items not specifically stated in the itinerary.

Terms of Payment

A nonrefundable Registration Deposit equal to 10 - 25% of the tour price (usually in the range of $250 - $550) is required at the time participant registers. The balance payment is due 60 (sixty) days prior to departure. Booking made 60 (sixty) days or fewer prior to departure are subject to space availability on a first-come, first-serve basis; and full payment is due when the reservation is made.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Date of receipt will determine penalties assessed. Airfares, once ticketed, are HIGHLY RESTRICTIVE: NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-ENDORSABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Cancellation fees outlined here are based on the total all-inclusive cost of the tour regardless of the amount paid. ALL cancellations, for any reason whatsoever, will be subject to a $100 (one hundred dollars) per person cancellation fee.

1. Cancellation within 60 (sixty) days of departure will result in a fee of 10% (ten percent) + $100 (one hundred dollars) per person.

2. Cancellation within 45 (forty five) days of departure will result in a fee of 25% (twenty-five percent) + $100 (one-hundred dollars).

3. Cancellation within 25 (twenty five) days of departure or a "no-show" at the time of departure will result in forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip: 100% (one-hundred percent).

4. Once the air reservation is booked and paid for in full the Operator reserves the right to issue tickets. Once ticketed, the airfare portion is often nonrefundable, depending on the airline used. Cancellation of airfare reservations is subject to restrictions, regulations, and additional penalties depending on the airlines used

5. Air reservation changes are subject to penalties depending on the airline and date the change is requested.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Unless notified in writing, Red Sandal Tours shall purchase travel insurance policy for all passengers. This grants a full refund in case of trip cancellation or interruption due illness or other family emergencies.

Indemnification

Each participant (upon full payment of the tour and executed Registration Form) agrees to waive and release Maame Koranchee's LLC, its affiliates (Red Sandal Tours), directors, officers and employees, sponsors, including any person or entity employed or utilized by Maame Koranchee's from all claims, damages, losses, liability (including delay or expense resulting from events beyond Maame Koranchee's control), acts of God, war, strikes, sickness, accidents involving any vehicle (including bus, car, airline, taxi) in the absence of Maame Koranchee's own gross negligence. Maame Koranchee's LLC is not responsible for any delays, missed connecting flights or any expense relating to such delays.
